A festive celebration with dear friends, elevated by the allure of cabaret acts
Marco Tang – Missed Calls
Some phone calls are unanswered because we dare not pick them up, while some regrettably are not picked up in time. What could an unanswered call lead to? Through musical songs and delicate storytelling, Marco takes a walk down memory lane on stage to unveil those slipped but memorable moments. Discover enduring feelings, difficult conversations and everything that could have been, but is sadly lost in the ringing tone over the phone.
Marc Ngan – Hong Kong: Where Dreams Come True?
Born and raised in Australia, Marc Ngan packed his bag 14 years ago and left for Hong Kong to reconnect with his roots. The journey has been rough, but 14 years on, the hardships and sacrifices seem to have been worth it. Now in his 30s, Marc feels an immense desire and responsibility to give back, through this short piece of work, to the city which has given him so much. Following the performances in June and September 2025, he returns to the stage – at a fitting time when the year is drawing to a close – to look back on his dream-chasing journey.
“Such a touching, heartfelt performance” ── Zabrina Lo, Arts Editor
Terrence Leung x The Bonafides – Being Alive
Led by Terrence Leung, the four-man barbershop quartet The Bonafides presents a lively session featuring soul and rock classics, Disney soundtracks and Broadway musical numbers. The quartet’s final performance in the series will coincide with the approaching festive season, and for this special occasion members of the audience are invited to share their own stories of love, life and family. Be part of this convivial, heart-warming night where distance between souls will be filled by music and memories.
Coco She – Coco Meets Bagel III: The Final Redemption
"Who am I?"
In the final chapter of the trilogy, the girl realises that the life of a female assassin may not be her true calling; the long-term hunting has left her feeling battered and bruised. Looking back, she discovers that she hasn't gained much and, worse still, has lost the traces of her innocence. With a weary heart, she returns to WestK. Could she find herself through singing and offer redemption to the girl trapped in the throes of love?
“The performance, which combined instrumental and vocal music, was impressive. The monologue worked well with the memorable melody, creating a humorous and approachable vibe throughout the show which offered the audience an entertaining and thought-provoking experience.” ── Eva Yip, emerging Hong Kong theatre director
